h323 Voice Over IP protocol is supported by the hIPer™ system by receiving and answering Radius messages coming from Network Access Servers (eg. Cisco). Thus, the system is working as a Radius server with the standard AAA functions and advanced features, like customer care and revenue management. The system is enabled with the voice-specific rating rules.

•   hIPer™ includes a Radius server, therefore AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting)
    functions are fully supported

•   hIPer™ is able to work in prepaid and post paid environment, including pre-paid calling cards
•   The system's CRM module supports the administration of the pre-paid calling card's
    full lifecycle, from card generation, printing, activation, until card expiration
