Over the last years the VoIP community has adopted SIP as its protocol of choice for the signaling necessary for establishing, managing and disconnecting voice and video sessions. SIP is an RFC standard (RFC 3261) from the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).
Voice calls initiated from the SIP IP network can either be terminated in the IP or in the PSTN network, for this the Media Gateway should be SIP enabled. EuroMACC has integrated its hIPer™ system with SER server, a widely used SIP soft switch, and other Radius-enabled soft switches.

  •   hIPer™ is integrated with Radius-enabled SIP server and soft switches, such as:
SER (by iptel.org), Quintum, Tequet (by Deverto)
  •   Supported SIP endpoints (clients) are IP phone, residential multimedia gateway,
and multimedia PC (X-lite, Windows Messenger)
  •   hIPer™ is able to work in prepaid and post paid environment, including pre-paid calling cards
  •   The system's CRM module supports the administration of the pre-paid calling card's
full lifecycle, from card generation, printing, activation, until card expiration
