hIPer™ supports the customer care and billing of the traditional PSTN customers. The system is able to process various CDR file formats coming from different digital switches in order to create the post-paid invoices. For pre-paid customers EuroMACC's Voice Switching Unit (VSU) performs the necessary call control and the IVR functions.

•   hIPer's Mediation module receives, validates and brings to standard format the CDR's
    coming from different digital switches
•   Postpaid rating is done based on the CDR's processed by the Mediation module
•   Using EuroMACC's VSU product, hIPer will be able to handle pre-paid customers on a PSTN network
•   VSU is using Dialogic-made ISDN cards to control the pre-paid call length,
    and to provide the necessary IVR functions
•   The system's CRM module supports the administration of the pre-paid calling card's
    full lifecycle, from card generation, printing, activation, until card expiration
