EuroMacc has changed the direction of its offshore sales strategy in the second half of 2006. We have completed our direct sales line with the indirect line, selling through partners, in Bulgaria. Our accentuated partner is Kontrax Ltd. the first solution provider in Bulgaria.
This firm originally founded in Hungary in 1987 created it's Bulgarian subsidiary company in 1992 and in our days it has become a complex group of companies. Kontrax, since 2000 100% Bulgarian-owned, possess extensive network in the IT sector of Eastern Europe.
One of the first potential projects of our co-operation is managing the proposal given to VIK Plovdiv a utility service provider in the second largest city of the country.
According to the contract, Kontrax will take care not only the sales of our products and solutions, but will provide their local support also. This service means that all our future Bulgarian clients will have local, mother tongue support for the operation.
The contract was signed by the managing directors, Jordan Jordanov from Kontrax' and Gabor Hauser from EuroMACC's side, on the 1st of October 2006.
